So for the actual trips, I'll be traveling to Barcelona, St. Petersburg, Shanghai and London. We are most likely going to travel in the summer with my family too, but I won't include it in this post, because we haven't decided yet where we would like to travel, but surprisingly it seems to be something other than Greece.🙊
I'm beyond excited for all the trips because I have never been to any of the places before and I'm thrilled to get to experience them. Propably the best part is that I will get to experience them with my friends. Three of the trips are organized by our school and luckily I have friends with me on all of them.
Up first is Barcelona which I absolutely love, because the architecture there is beautiful and the vibe of the city has got me under it's spell even before I have travelled there. On this trip I'm going with my friend Anni and four other girls that I don't know so well. Also both of the teachers that are coming on the trip, are total gems so I'm happy to go on a trip with them. Another thing that I'm excited about on this trip is that it's a combination of Spanish as well as art so we get to see so many beautiful things.
Next up is St. Petersburg and the theme of our trip is space. I have wanted to visit Russia so I'm looking forward to it a lot especially since we get to go to a space museum and see plenty of exciting things. We will travel to Russia by train and I happen to love traveling by train. I'm also thrilled to go on this trip with three of my friends so we get to experience it all together. I definitely need to use some time on my Russian before the trip so I won't be completely unprepared.
Shanghai is the next trip I'll be going to and I think it's safe to say that it is the trip that I'm looking forward to the most. Out of all the trips it's the longest so there is more time to wander around and see all the great things Shanghai has to offer. The best thing about this trip is that it's really like going on a holiday with my friends because since last fall we have spent a lot of time together and got pretty close. We will also get to see the students who were with us last fall and I have missed them a lot so I can't wait for that. I would have never thought that I would be able visit China but I will and it feels unreal.
Lastly there is London, which is immediately after school has ended so there isn't really a better way to start the summer vacation. I'll go to London with my friend and her mom and I'm still having a hard time believing that it's real but we are seriously actually for real going to see BTS and I'm lowkey dead. You don't even understand how crazy this is. I'm gonna see the artist who gave me so much strength and so much to live for with one my best friends, who feels excatly the same. And we get to go to London at the same time so it's truly a win-win situation.
That's it for now. Don't forget to stay posted for more about my trips.
